Delivery & Returns
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship Worldwide from our Warehouse in Italy
We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders placed prior to 14:00 GMT on the same day; Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT on Friday, all day Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on orders over £/€/$500 and AUS$900.
For orders under £500, shipping is charged at UK £20
DUTIES & TAXES
All orders include all duties and taxes.
RETURNS
We craft every Piferi item with you in mind and we hope you love them as much as we do!
If you change your mind, you have 14 working days from delivery to notify that you wish to return your order to us, free of charge.
Any returns notified after 14 working days will be refused or issued a credit note.
Please try on your items indoors and on a clean surface, as any returns which show signs of wear will be rejected. Please return all items in unmarked condition and in their original packing.
To make your return, please email us at clientservices@piferi.com detailing your order number, what it is you wish to return and we will issue a returns label with instructions for booking a collection.
If you do choose to return your item to us via your own courier or postal service, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
When your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked by our team, and your refund will be processed. Please allow 10 working days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges, once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You must wait to receive the goods and then return them.
